2007年は実りある一年にしようと、昨日（１月２日）は朝から駅前のカフェに行って、コーヒーを飲みながら、買ったばかりの小さなノートブックに10ページくらい新春の所感を書きました。頭に次々と思い浮かんでくることをノートに書き留めていっただけなのだけど、真っ白なページがブルーブラックのインクでいっぱいになるにつれて、少し充実した気持ちになることができました。
読み返すと気恥ずかしい箇所もあるけれど、いつもは消えていく思考プロセスが紙に残るのは新鮮な体験でした。
要点は、
・ 自分に自信がないから、肩身の狭い思いをすることが多い。せめて努力だけは自信を持つようにする。
・ 努力は、現状と目標を把握して、具体的に、継続的に。
・ 気分が沈むときも、それを受け入れる。行き場を失ったエネルギーを「いい形で」出せるように工夫する。
・ だらだらしない。
・ 構ってくれる人に感謝する。
・ 行動をorganizeする。頭の中だけでなく、紙とペンを使う。
今年は、自分や自分の周りの環境を変えたい。充実した気持ちで一年を終われればと思います。
今年も仲良くしてください。

I made New Year’s resolutions at a café near the station on the morning of January 2. Putting any idea occurring to me in a brand-new notebook in blue-black ink refreshed me.
I feel awkward when I reread some of them, but I believe that it will be helpful.
From the notebook
・ In 2006 I sometimes felt uncomfortable because of my incompetence and laziness. I will increase my self-esteem by doing my best.
・ I will set specific goals and make efficient efforts to achieve them.
・ I will accept my own feelings anytime and never let myself down. When I feel depressed, I will try to find the way in which my smoldering energy can be harnessed.
・ I will not waste time.
・ I will be wholeheartedly grateful to everyone who likes and worries about me.
・ I will organize my actions, using not only my mind but also a notebook and a pen.
I will change myself and the world around me, satisfied and proud at the end of the year.
